Hi My name is Beth I’m a landscape an wildlife photographer.

I got into photography in around 2022, as a way of looking after my mental health while dealing with a difficult personal situation. Photography also helped me reconnect with the outdoors.

I have always been passionate about the outdoors and nature. Growing up I was a member of the scout association and it was through scouting that I came to love the wild places that make up the UK. After leaving school I went on to work for a scout activity centre passing on my passion for the outdoors to the next generation of scouts while doing this work I also served with the Army Reserve however due to personal circumstances my time as both an activity instructor and a solider was cut short. I now work for a large Retail Company as part of my stores management team.

My job is incredibly enjoyable but that doesn't mean that there are not difficult times and this is where Photography comes in. Photography is my escape for the stress of both family and work life its how I find solitude and peace.

I know I’m not the best photographer, I know my photography needs work to improve it, however I still wish to share it with you and I hope you can appreciate the shots that I feel are good enough for my gallery.

If you do like my Photography then please do stick around as my photographic journey continues.
